Ben and the team replaced our main board from the old, small asbestos one and upgraded the cabling to the attachment point to 25mm after a PV solar installation. Professional, friendly and efficient. They did a neat job and cleaned up everything after them. Good communication. Prices in line with the two other quotes we got. Recommend them.

How fast can you get to me?

Response times vary by location, but we aim to have someone on-site within 1–2 hours for most emergencies. When you call, we’ll give you a realistic ETA straight away.

Do you charge more for after-hours callouts?

After-hours, weekend and public holiday rates do apply — but we’ll always confirm pricing before we start. No surprises.

My safety switch keeps tripping. Is that an emergency?

Yes, treat it as one. A repeatedly tripping safety switch means a fault exists somewhere in your system. Running the circuit manually without fixing the cause is a fire risk.

Can you deal with my energy provider for me?

If your issue involves the network (Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy), yes — as Level 2 electricians we can communicate directly with them and coordinate the work on your behalf.
